The size and color of California's HOV Decal can change from year to year. If you have red HOV decals, choose the Red (2018) option. If you have purple, orange, or blue decals, choose the Purple/Orange/Blue (2019/2020/2021) option. If you have yellow, or green decals, choose the Yellow/Green (2022/2023) option. No returns if you choose the wrong Year/Color for your HOV decals.

Instructions:
- Just line up and firmly adhere your California Clean Air Vehicle decals to these backers then peel them off of the release paper.
- Apply to your vehicle according to the guidelines. Make sure the decals & backers are firmly applied and perfectly sealed to the surface of your vehicle.
- You can take off the decals at any time and place them back on the release paper.
- Thoroughly clean your car and wash your hands before handling and application.
- Keep the release paper and backers extra clean and dust/dirt/oil-free to get the full life from the Clean-Cling backers.
